No, I think it's worth more... However, not in the current state (which is also why they want to do a TO now). I think $1-1.1 is appropriate in the current environment (MIN just released they are selling spod at US $960). A previous poster made a fair calculation and arrived at the $1-1.1 mark a couple of weeks ago.
My point with the post you are highlighting is that everything is for sale if the price is high enough. I was responding to a fellow poster whom I share the opinion that we should not sell. Contrary to the poster I do think the BOD should have a look if people are sniffing around as the potential price might be so high that it would be foolish to turn it down, hence the point of everybody would most likely take $1.5 per share.
