In fairness, it did have a very, very strong run leading into the announcement, suggesting that some at least knew or were expecting some good results (or simply betting they'd be good!).
I've bought some more at 13.5, happy to hold here and see what the next few months brings. One would expect a rally as we lead into potential CE Mark being received as the risk of downside is lowered and the upside potential becomes closer in terms of when it can be achieved.
