I think you might be right on the CE coming. The recent news suggests that the company has got all their ducks lined up. I think the recent move is just a taste of the re -rate on the CE. People can read about the requirements for getting a CE and OSL should have little problem from what i have read.
I cant see why it wont be issued and that would allow OSL to market in Europe. That is a bit like passing the FDA for a drug imo.
This would send the company into a strong position and it makes me wonder if one of the other medical device companies wont come knocking at that point. Sirtex is worth approx $1b.
