No question options exercise and shares issued bring in money for the company. But purely from the perspective of shares on issue, a short term tripling of the SOI will have to factor into considerations for the share price, despite any boost to the bank account. And $14m doesn't seem that much really, given they burn $15-$20m a year in recent years.
