I was impressed by Lorry's interview; He mentioned a 200 Million Capex that would produce ~75 Million / year in perpetuity for the bittern-type salt project. Even if he's out by a factor of 4 you are still looking at a ~7.5% per annum ROI. Not earth shattering, but decent.
