Potentially could read both ways but from what I know the bird study delayed submissions by a year. So unfortunately what we're being told here is further studies could delay advanced exploration into area 2 and beyond.
A good bit of news would be welcome here so they can sweep Rangbogan results under the cover of darkness and get that out of the way. Let the thing capitulate and find a real bottom.
