They just started trucking water in from the town; I don’t remember anything about a permit for that. Why can’t they just truck in water and recycle that water for the rest of time?

Umm what if the ore is imbedded in granite 3kms deep, or in shallow sand, does drilling still cost 10-25 times the cost of mining? What method of mining is 10-25 less costly than BHM.
