How do you derive an NTA of 5 cents when the company has no cash and it's only asset is secured against a $1.1 million debt facility? VRC has a negative NTA.
This isn't like buying straw hats in winter, this is like trying to sell Myspace to Mark Zuckerburg.
VRC touched its 12 month lows again today, looks like 1.5 cents is the next level of support. And that would put the options out of the money and a very ugly CR ahead.
