Project funding isn't the only problem here, it's not going to be the savior you are selling it as.
VRC management have been touring the world trying to sell to investors for literally years now through Asia, US and the UAE to name a few with no takers yet.
Even if CNBM do go ahead with funding it won't fix the downtrend.
Volt has many problems as does the wider sector.
