How do VRC successfully obtain finance and then develop the infrastructure in time for 1st Qtr 18 to meet commitment of offtake agreements? It seems to me it just isn't enough time to make things happen. It would be nice though....
I have my fingers crossed at this point regarding funding, if it doesn't come through in sept, I believe we should all be very very concerned.
