With the exception of the usual non holders who continue to downplay VRC, the fact that they have the largest graphite deposit by weight, and of large and jumbo size, outweighs the recent changes which have caused anxiety in Tanzania. It should be noted that countries such as DRC, also have government holdings (Believe it's 13% in DRC) so do not see the new changes as a big deal, nor the change of MD, if anything it is an advantage.
Believe VRC is 9-12 months away from being a 100M+ MC which is why I'll keep buying at these levels, but as always do your own research.
