"(CTAP) ... uses every available method to move new treatments to patients as quickly as possible, while at the same time finding out whether they are helpful or harmful."

This is what happened with BIT. FDA helped them refine phase 2 trial so they can move quickly and there is no suggestion at this stage that the drugs are harmful. So yes, BIT has succeeded with CTAP. Tick. Done.

It's not hard to find this stuff people. So much rubbish on this forum from both sides that clutters the debate (which is want the pip crew want).
