So... if this company was a run-of-the-mill startup Biotech we would have a whopping 22.8% chance of success when preparing for our first phase 2?

77.2% chance of losing a few thousand and 22.8% chance of making a few hundred thousand or a few million.

Reminds me why I invest in brilliant Australians.

A trio of successful Phase 2 proving, among other things, safety in humans.
Another pair of phase 2 trials underway for BIT225 hitting HIV.

A Phase 2 pitting BIT225 against Covid planned to be completed this year.
- Guided by the FDA
- Fast tracked by the FDA straight to phase 2
- Given a ready made set of phase 2 guidelines by the FDA.
- A fully vetted, FDA, phase 2 plan that will shave months off the preparation time.
- Australian Government funding that has the same goals as BIT just sitting there for the asking.
- and so on it goes...

If having a successful phase 1 increases the chance of an average Biotech to 22.8% of success...
