CEO with the sense of urgency needs to approach the Govt and/or potential partners OR
the Govt and/or potential partners with the sense of urgency needs to approach the CEO

It appears that
- what is known to the CEO is not knonw to the the Govt and/or potential partners

- the CEO is intentionally making the process lengthy to be winner of the negotiation table,

- the Govt and/or potential partners want to see More works and hear More from the CEO

- BIT225 EFFECTIVE AGAINST ESTABLISHED SARS-CoV-2 is yet to be effectively communicated to get the funding from
the Govt and/or potential partners

- Hints about commercial transactions not being made public is a tool to linger the process to
seek advantage and to maintain the CEO status

- the CEO stammers more with "Uh", "UM" that to be effective communicator and
unusually speedy to convolute the expression so that she is not properly understood. If this is the nature of her communication with
the the Govt and/or potential partners, she needs to declare that a Commercial Advisory Board like SAB is near to concluding a
deal....

- the Govt is free and easy to let the Tax payers'money fed into the works for which the CEO is less accountable to the Govt.


Let the the Govt and/or potential partners play the role to benefot from the potential Biotron Covid works
Let the CEO be made accountable to play game with the words that mean one thing to her and another thing to the the Govt and/or potential partners.

There is a lot of potential in Biotron, but there is less govt control over what the CEO cliam and what the actual things are.
