Yep. This has been my main complaint for over 3 years now. Love the company's assets, projects, and portfolio of compounds. The potential is undeniable. But this company has been stuck between 5 - 15c over the last 2.5 years - through a global pandemic - due to a management team that is happy to drag its heels. There is no sense of commercial urgency, very poor communication, and a lack of forward momentum.
A very wise investor once told me: "if you are faced with a choice between investing in a company with a brilliant, commercially savvy and active management team but whose projects and assets are average, or a company with a brilliant portfolio of assets but run by management who are content to take their time and wait for deals to come to them, always choose the former".
