It's been too difficult to read all the hyper speculation on here lately, I think some of you are going to pop, lol, but just to calm a bit of the situation, a company won't normally release an announcement for a verbal phone call, it's nearly always upon official written receipt, and even then it can be digested and discussed and then written up, and that's without out any adjunct dynamics that may be involved.
I don't think I have seen so many people making guesses wanting to be the person that "got it right" in many years.
