All signs point to us sitting on the often touted "platform drug", huh?

We may have discussed this previously (can't remember who was involved, sorry), but it's worth going back 15 years if you/anyone are interested in ATL1102 & astmha. ~2005 they did some studies with an inhaled ATL1102; looked good in mouse models.

The thing is, asthma is an incredibly hard/expensive market to break into (established low-cost, high-volume players, etc). Gunning for orphan/rare-disease designations makes sense in that regard. Down the track, after (IMO - imminent) success? Could be very interesting!!

All said - 2005. Phew! What a massive slog for the long termers amongst us. Hopefully it's rewarding, finally seeing the ducks line up. Not long until some company making events need to occur; I'm looking forward to being loaded to the hilt when she kicks off.
