    From the announcement on 28/2

    *Under the terms of the MOU, the Chinese group have requested anonymity and confidentiality on the terms
    until they have satisfied their evaluation of the results of the scoping study and the intent for a substantial cooperation with TNG.*

    Today is the 44th day and based on the announcement today, it looks very positive.

    The Chinese have 45 days to assess the study.

    I think good news is just around the corner
