I contacted the office today to clarify when the 45 day period is up. The 45 day priod started on the 28th but still has a few weeks to run. I can only guess that the results of the scoping study have become available several weeks after the 28th.
On a separate note I have heard well founded rumours that more than one Chinese company is interested in TNG.
Patience and good luck to all as this stock has several hurdles that will take many months to reach so if instant gratification is your game you could possibly do better elsewhere
