re: Ann: Positive Ferro-Vanadium Scoping Stud... Working on the suggested basis of 45 working days, it will be early May before the 45 days have elapsed. Not sure whether or not public holidays count.
Which ever way it works, the 45 days will be up by Friday 6th May or earlier. The Chinese company loses its exclusive right at that stage but they could take longer to decide if they need more information.
