I also can't understand why so many investors think the market is always right. Like the market is meant to be right with the Mnb sp at 9.5 to 10c.
Lithium stocks went crazy last year, to unbelievable levels of overvaluation despite it being obvious that those short term lithium prices were unsustainable.
Liontown is another current example now. Everyone knew that Gina's move to just under 20% was likely to block the Abermale bid.
Despite that, the sp held strong at similar levels to the last 6 months. That surprised me. Now Abermale has walked away and the headline in the Australian tonight is "Liontown investors to take a bath on raise, as Albemarle shelves $6.6bn bid"
The market is often wrong, especially with small caps. Just need to be brave enough to take advantage when we can.
