P.S. While voting is a matter of size of shareholding (but still every share/vote counts), raising concern, on the other hand, is a matter of how many shareholdERS, (not shareholdINGS) bring the concern to management's attention. This is due to the regulatory fact that every shareholder, even if only holding a single share, is entitled for their investment to be treated with the responsibility that the management need to uphold.

As some know, I have been a long critic of Marc V for this very reason, that his focus is *corporate* not *public* investment, the latter being the fundamental place/grounds we stand on.

I also hold elevations as to whether Mar V is the best person for the job in term of efficiently advancing the clinical and business fronts, but that is a separate topic. All good @troutfisho ... Emphasis from another person's perspective is good.
