One thing you got right is that just about every speccie is about being lucky but I have to disagree about casinos being any better.
Pokies are a licence to print money. They are designed to surreptitiously extract every last dollar from the player. IMO governments should be prosecuted for getting fat on the misery of their own people.
Blackjack, properly played, gives the biggest bang for your buck - it has a very low percentage for the house if played properly. But how many people do you see lose their shirts even at this game????
