It is interesting to research the threads on IVR over the last few years.
There are a lot of posters (many gone to "greener pastures") whose motives are questionable.
Perhaps they just got caught up in the hype but it seems so-called "mums and dads" took a hiding.
Good to see that we are now on a much more objective phase and about time too. I think the easy life for the execs may be over unless they do come up with something!!!! But then, as with many others, they may just go on to "greener pastures"!!
