This announcement does confirm POS status as it is less than two weeks after the previous stock destroying "transition to HBV" announcement. I will never understand their lack common sense. So you are right, a new CEO is the next step. Cannot to be too much longer as I have learned a roadshow is actually being planned and it is definitely not to raise capital.
