Share price by itself can be deceptive due to differing SOIs.
Market cap gives a better comparison. IMUs market cap is over 40 times larger than CHMs. IMU being $600 million and CHM being $16million. Much more available upside with CHM as it is extremely undervalued for its pipeline.
The CHM pipeline is incredibly exciting. But it needs the money to keep it progressing. If they dont get the funds, this new data will sit idling until funds become available.
Shareholders need to support this raise to keep the ball rolling. The arbitrage available means they can do so, and probably lock in a tax loss for future use at the same time.
