I believe this is the doing by those hedg funds with large amount of holding. They use not a lot of the share proportion they hold to create the liquidity and driving the share price going the opposite way as most of us would think.
That will prevent most of the retail investors (they can't mess up the strong believers like some here though) to get benefit from this stock. And that is very important, as Immutep is about to gain multiple 100% (tens of). If retail investors earn such portion, then there is no meaning for those funds to exist.
