Dr Michael Winlo said a good example is there is a variation of MDMA that has a shorter active time so it has the same psychoactive effects they need but for 5 hours instead of 10.

Why, because they wont have to keep the patients overnight for monitoring, this would bring down the cost of treatment and simplify it.
