Read between the lines a little. Only 2 patients have completed the study so far. Don't forget this is a dose escalation trial!

Of these 2 patients we know that Doctors have requested both stay on the treatment. Why would a doctor request this?

One patient out of the 2 was noted as having a 66% reduction in proteinuria at a dose of just 90mg. The other patients reduction is not mentioned. Maybe they also had a significant reduction, but at a higher dose?

We don't have enough info to conclude whether 100% of the 2 patients who have completed the trial have both seen a significant reduction. We do know that doctors have requested both stay on treatment. We also know that recruitment is now accelerating.




Re. trading, 24m shares were traded yesterday, 9m so far today. This is lame volume for such a significant announcement but it does indicate that none of the larger holders are dumping significant amounts of shares.
