Whilst I'm sympathetic to traders whose strategy for this announcement did not pay off as expected, anyone who has been around PRR would be familiar with the trend. Anticipation leading up to announcements is always met with a sell off when the announcement comes.
For anyone with an investment horizon further than a few weeks or months, we just got the best possible news we could expect at this stage. Indication for CVAC of positive efficacy and safety. Whilst not yet statistically powered, it's the first real indication we've had for CVAC in several years.
The cherry on top was first signs that ICS testing shows specific T cell response.
As far as I'm concerned, that reason for long term investors and O.C. sufferers to celebrate.
