I applaud your optimism and while we may disagree on time frames for the ultimate final approval from all parties, I do not disagree on the ultimate outcome purse
The parties have been given until the 19th April to agree on highly argumentative points. At this point it returne to the courts for a final decision
I do not believe F&B will simply roll over at this point, in my opinion they will agree to move forward but the outcomes of agreed remuneration will be argued for some time yet. I would love to see this resolved in two months, but personally see 4 to 5 as a more likely outcome.
And then once an un ambiguous decision is awarded and only then will we see the D.O.C miraculously start to move forward with their approvals. Of course to be seen as not to be seen to be hiding in the corner of the room while the court process's have been taking place an appropriate amount of time will be allowed to elapse prior to their ruling.
So I believe early 2014 is the most likely outcome for final and full resolution of all permitting requirements. I am not in any way trying to argue any point you have made and in fact hope it is you that is right and not me. But I believe there to be some uncertainty to come for some time.
In the end Bathurst will win as they will get their permits
The West Coast will win as the mine will give them an economic gain
F & B will win as their delay tactics will stifle future resource projects. ie cede the battle to win the war.
WCENT. Will the Supreme Court give them their win in the coming High Court decision
I am stating a lot but they are really just as much questions as statements
The truth is I don't really know what the long term out comes are but on a risk reward basis BTU is as good a place as any to be at the moment.
The share price movements over the last couple of days are telling us something. All very garbled IMHO
