How long will the court mull over it then. 3 weeks, 5 or maybe 10. Either way it will be at lightning pace
NZ resources are now screwed. With the lack of tier 1 assetts, it is not a place for the majors and the little guys and their shareholders can't afford to be screwed over like BTU has been.
It will be a long time before the next minor has a go at this
