Fair enough point Bucky but you really need to put yourself into FightMND's boots. They're a charity with limited funds who's job is to kick start promising projects like PAA's monepantel MND/ALS project. That's been done with last year's trial and now PAA are booked in with the Healey trial in the USA, ie, we're on our way - that wasn't the case when they asked PAA to put in a submission for a second grant. However the better than expected results we're getting doesn't mean this bugger of disease is cured; autophagy via monepantel treatment with PAA's pill is only going to be part of the answer, there is going to be the need for other treatment's like those that encourage regrowth of nerves and other things no doubt; so their search for kickstarting other projects with their limited funds goes on while we advance into the Healey trial in the USA on our own feet.
