I don't claim to be a know it all, something you appear to have no qualms in claiming the title of. Instead of being constructive you try for personal attacks, childish in the least.
- Can you tell me why the ALSFRS went up? Did they regain function or is it noise? - How does statistical significance of Pro act approach compare to a standard placebo group? Perhaps someone knows of analogues or has some insight into the world of statistics.
