So for those of you that don't know how to read that log10 graph, it represents a power of 10. So 4 is 10,000 (10^4), 5 is 100,000 (10^5), 6 is 1,000,000 (10^6), etc. So what looks like a small drop is actually quite significant. On Day 2 that little dip below the saline represents a third of the viral load (roughly, can't really get precise data from this graph). Day 4, about a tenth as much viral load.
