I think also interesting thing here is previous tox results were via IV and showed a very safe profile. I believe these results are via nasal application and it appears 2 of 5 hamsters had adverse reaction at higher dose r529. I assume tix is a whole new area when applied to nasal application and not something we have directly trialled as yet.
