yes reading various news sources it Is hard to know what is truth these days. Every other day apparently a "New strain" more virulent than the last appears. I'm hoping the powers that be don't decide we need a jab for every new strain.
If all new strains are still enveloped viruses and rce still works on all it just keeps getting better for rce and those fighting the disease. I originally thought they were planning to use it as a preventative but I guess if they did that you'd have to take multiple doses quite frequently to keep up protection. A therapeutic that can "put the brakes on" the infection and even back it up may still have a huge part to play. Even those not getting vaxed or infected despite vax would rest easier knowing there is an effective therapeutic.
