I can see why they wanted to wait for this info before presenting the PFS. That would have to make a huge difference to the NPV you would think. I'm assuming the extra processing costs to go from 49%-92% would be relatively small in the scheme of total processing costs.
From your table I'm assuming that the Saprolite is in the 'Gold Cap'? Gold cap is 21.7m tonnes. same number as Saprolite.
If true this would also alter greatly the expected income in the first 1-3 years of production. And extra $500mil out of the gold cap would help to pay back capex at the beginning of the project much quicker.
Bring on the updated PFS! Hope someone is still working on it!
