    I understand why they are releasing this PFS now.

    However, this appears to be the "draft" PFS from Wanbao days without the upside management are trying to prove. So why did they not release this a year or so ago?

    What I also don't understand is why management would be willing to sell half of everything, including Kalkaroo, for $50M-$100M when Kalkaroo alone has an NPV of over $500M?

    Wouldn't we be better off in selling Kalkaroo for $50M cash, investing that in Grants, and then making Gupta pay a fair price?

    The for sale sign should be put on Kalkaroo immediately if there is an option to avoid the dilution of the GFG deal.

    Or go back to GFG and say you can buy into Grants and Mutooroo at what you offered, but not the whole company.
