To provide just 10% of the project cost in equity, they'd need to issue close on 2bn shares, quintupling what they have on issue.
And at the Q3 rate of spend, they'll be out of cash for wages, coffee and biscuits, in a few months. So by the end of the calendar year, without a CR, they could be borrowing just to keep the lights on. Not a healthy situation in the current climate!
