totally agree with all your comments. This is the time to buy Vulcan. if it all works out, Vulcan should have approximately 200 million shares, which is ridiculously low for such a huge project so the dividends thrown off should be huge. As this gets de risked with such a small number of shares on issue, a short squeeze will become inevitable. The raising of capital will cause a major rerate Not to forget many brokerage houses have valuations of Vulcan multiples above what it’s price is now.
