This is the time to buy Vulcan. if it all works out, Vulcan should have approximately 200 million shares, which is ridiculously low for such a huge project so the dividends thrown off should be huge. As this gets de risked with such a small number of shares on issue, a short squeeze will become inevitable. The raising of capital will cause a major rerate Not to forget many brokerage houses have valuations of Vulcan multiples above what it’s price is now.
