He is right though. AGY have failed to sure up a battery grade resource at this stage. It is currently deemed "industrial grade".
They are waiting on their gas to heat it for more testing....but that doesn't mean that they absolutely will reach battery grade. AGY is risky in comparison to NVA right now. May change if AGY can sure up battery grade eventually.
