The big guys with plenty of cash develop a mine when prices are down to be ready when prices are up. The juniors which rely on any $ can hardly raise cash when the market is worried about a commodity, they need to wait until the market is willing to throw cash at them. NVA would need extra cash for Snowflakes which could be difficult to get atm with the market not caring about Lithium at all. But commodities are cyclical, they time will come when NVA pulls out Lithium to take advantage of the market.

More important is the current PoG, let's hope it is just a st correction.
