I would think that pipe acreage is not an issue on whether it is viable as a mine, will come down to volume, grade and diamond pricing, given it produces Type2a diamonds it is likely to produce a higher $/ct than normal. If it proves uneconomic it still further proves up a diamondiferous field, where you find one pipe with diamonds you are far more likely to find others. May prove to be one of several pipes to be mined!
