Hi Graphene,
How do you figure that this funding is a "given" ? ... All that seems sure is that VRC and Exotix will "try" to raise it.
Words are cheap, but outcomes are what matter.
Talking about potential Tanzanian stock market listing is fine, but they haven't got the project funding yet.
