Still no trades. It looks like no-one can decide if the report was good or bad, so no buying or selling.
I think the market had fully priced in a positive Vanadium announcement of some sort, based on the fact that AXF committed to spending more money. i.e. this was all well telegraphed.
Market is now looking for some upside out-of-the-blue from IRC that is overwhelmingly positive.
