@ walken So, are you advocating that ARR find a Chinese investor (owning about 7% of shares) seeking an off-take agreement? Because that’s what keeps MP Materials alive. Incidentally, their quarterly revenue (3/31/23) dropped 40% from same quarter in 2022.
From the same 10-Q: "MP Materials currently produces a rare earth concentrate that is principally sold pursuant to the Offtake Agreement to Shenghe, a related party of the Company, that, in turn, typically sells that product to refiners in China. As of March 31, 2023, Shenghe was the Company’s principal customer and accounted for more than 90% of product sales."
Many of those Shenghe customers, of course, are Chinese military suppliers.
