$1.6m in cash, no debt, ...."expensive reports"? Or do mean mean their drilling or testwork is expensive? Would you prefer they didn't conduct any activities and sat on a pile of cash? There's a fixed interest account you get invest in paying 2.5% if that's what you're after.
