I can't tell if you're serious or trolling. But Lesley or Dr Fong did actually address this in one of the shareholder Q&A things they've done in the past. I can't recall it verbatim, but effectively it's not uncommon when N is low to use 0.1 due to the potential substantial shift that one single result can make on the overall assessment.
They've reported what p-value they're using, and in the terms of that p-value, their results are significant. They're not misrepresenting the data or obscuring the fact they used 0.1 so your little rant there isn't exactly valid, even using a p-value of 0.05
