In this case the patients have been 'right censored' which means the trial has concluded and they have not experienced an event (ie death) over the duration of the trial. A previous poster asked whether the OS figures would improve if the trial went longer. The median OS figure of 13.9 mths related to the 10th event, ie the median of 19 events (count 10 vertical steps in the graph and you'll see 13.9 months. That figure won't change irrespective of how long the remaining 4 live. You can generate your own KM curve https://www.statskingdom.com/kaplan-meier.html easily enough and ask whatever 'what if' questions you want.

I'm not a fan of HerVaxx but have great hope for CF33. I'm not expecting anything in the near term because YF should be excited enough that first in human trials of a 'first on the planet' virus have found their target cancer cells and not normal cells. The amount of virus in the initial doses (1e5 colony forming units) is low and may be cleared from the body before doing much lysing of cancer cells hence efficacy is not something to get overly excited about just yet (huge if it is the case though!).
